I dropped by Toy's R Us yesterday. I wasn't planing on buying anything, I was just looking around. Then I got to the Star Wars Unleashed fig. normally there's nothing that really grabs my attention, but yesterday was different...
Darth vader was waiting for me... I fell in love with the dark side right as I saw him...
Man I love that figure, it looks great! Now I thing I'll have to go back and get Mace Windu, Aayla Secura and maybe a Clone trooper if I can find it. Man, I thought I would never buy SW stuff...
LOL - it is hard to only buy one.
Most items in my collection have suffered from the "Pringles" factor. Once you pop - you just can't stop
You pop for one figure, then you think the other ones are cool and have to have them as well in the collection.
The only Unleashed I have picked up (for myself that is) was the Yoda one. I have done good not to get into the other ones, even if some of them look cool as hell.

I almost got into unleashed when it started but resisted.
They are sweet aren't they? They became an obsession for me last year until I had almost the entire line. Waiting for Aurra Sing and The Stormtrooper from the upcoming set with baited breath.
Bought my daughter a couple of Unleased figs for Xmas. They're pretty damn sweet. Good thing you grabbed that Vader. They're pretty scarce! [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

The worst part I that I always told myself that I wouldn't buy any of them. Lokke like I jsut had to gave in.
Darth Pooh, Aurra Sing looks pretty cool (even if I have no idea who she is... [img]redface.gif[/img] ) but I'm not sure about that storm trooper, there's something about the base I'm not liking the "blaster effects"
madadman, I knew he was pretty "rare" but I was surprise to see that they're was a second one waiting there also.
Sadly, i got into the bug of collecting SW Unleashed. I tried soooooo hard not to get into them, but i couldn't help it, they really do look awesome (Some of them, only some of them!) I hate message boards, they get you into other stuff that you don't need to get into! Pretty soon i'm going to get into the ML's!!
i only have 2...fett and bossk. i think i'll maybe just get bounty hunters, so i'm pumped for that IG 88 to come out. might have to get the stormtrooper as well. bah. i'm too poor for this shit...
